- My mother and I were on a roadtrip and had less then 4hrs until we made it to our final destination when our battery light came on. Long story short, Mick, had us back on the road with a new alternator in less then 2 hours. He was honest and straightforward about other concerns we had regarding our 2003 avalanche. Can't say enough nice things about the impromptu situation. Wish we had a shop like his in Arkansas. To Mick... an honest mechanic is hard to come by so we appreciate the opportunity to have met you. - Hands down the most honest and talented mechanic in town. Listen, it's next to impossible to find a mechanic who isn't in it for themselves and short sighted... they assume that taking good care of the customer isn't the way to make money, instead, they trump up the cost, tell you something you're forced to take at face value and hope you let them do the work... these guys are NOT like that. Mick literally troubleshot the issue with me standing right there... and he's the one that invited me to watch !! I'm a pretty smart fella... and I can usually tell when something doesn't make sense but he walked through the mechanics of the issue and explained how it worked and why mine wasn't... and it made perfect sense. He could have invented work that didn't need to be done but instead he only charged what he had to and even looked around for parts that were less expensive to save money... and you know what? He's the only mechanic I'll ever take my car to from now on... and the only mechanic I'll ever recommend... which I'm doing right now, go see them.- Steven Suslik. 6/17/2019
